While pursuing his Liberal Arts degree he started working in Renewable Energy and shifted his focus to excel in industrial operations for twelve years. He serves on the worship team at his church in Lutz with his wife. They have four children two of them are twins, and also a boxer. Steven enjoys spending his time with his family and friends. He has diligently worked with Buyers and Sellers in assisting in their real estate needs. Chad is an avid bowler with over 30 perfect games of 300 in his 32 years of bowling. He has accomplished the title of Highest average in Hillsborough county league play in 2009 with a 240 average.
